booked a standard room, was slightly smaller than usual as the toilet was overly spacious with a bath tub but the two single beds were next to each other with little leg room. the cupboard with open doors instead of sliding doors so it blocks up the entrance when opened. otherwise it’s clean. Pro tip: try to request for room nearer lift else the furthest room can be quite a long walk. the minibar and snacks are all chargeable, they gave 4 bottles of water free. hotel connectivity to Taipei 101 (south side so it’s another long walk to the observatory) via overhead bridge with no escalators and no lights at night so it can be quite dim. in room service was excellent, large portions and came within 30mins

Check-in was a breeze with many counters available. Room was clean and spacious, daily housekeeping is available and toiletries / bathrobe/ bedroom slippers were all available and replenished on daily basis. Hotel lobby was very grand and there’s couches for guests to hang around while waiting for rides. Concierge was very helpful too, assisted to make some purchases at a small fee. Location was good as it’s just beside Taipei 101, many shops/eateries available. Will stay again

Starting January 1, 2025, in accordance with government regulations, small bottled toiletries and personal hygiene items, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and other disposable items, will no longer be provided in guest rooms. Guests may request these items at our Front Desk. *Club Oasis will also be implemented simultaneously.

The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on the following dates: Monday, November 3, 2025; January 5, March 2, May 4, July 6, September 7, and November 2, 2026. Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period. The Fitness studio and the swimming pool remain open as usual.

Please be advised that priority for breakfast seating at Café is given to our in-house guests. Thank you for your consideration.
