Highly recommend! Staff is super helpful & theres a free beer happy hour to make friends. Also local uni student come to socialize & test their english skills! I will be coming back!

I stayed at both the Kyoto and Shibuya (Shibuya was a slightly better experience :-)) locations and really loved my experience. The bed was comfortable, but a little short (I'm 6'3", so not unexpected. The storage in the room was good. I really liked the breakfast and the nice lounge space. The staff were very nice and helpful (I had some nice conversations with Ken). They even helped to ensure I was comfortable shipping my luggage to the airport (which I highly recommend!). My only concerning thing was that there was no way to lock the curtain for the room. One night someone (I believe accidentally) tried to get into my room at 3am, which kind of spooked me. Other than that, I loved my stay!

I had a great stay here. its a few blocks from the Shibuya Cross and in the middle of all the shopping, access to transportation and everything important. Very clean and organized. the Pods were nice and comfy. I'm claustrophobic and it didn't feel small at all. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Mellenials Shibuya place - Location nearest to all convenience store, walking distance to Shibuya station , bus station shibuya crossing, Don quijote ,shopping malls ,etc. all walking distance only. Comfortable automatic smart bed, buffet breakfast , free toiletries and lockers ( can leave luggage for free) thank you so much Klook !
