This hotel is within walking distance of the famous Godzilla head in Shinjuku and 3D cat screen and less than five minutes from the metro! The staff was extremely pleasant and the rooms were very spacious in comparison to most hotels in Japan. I would definitely book with this hotel again!

I requested high floor and quiet room but instead got a room "right next to the lift"....every now and then you can hear guests going in and out the lift. Rooms have no sound proof, you can hear guests talking from the corridor or lift area....For the price of RM700+ /night and 3* rated hotel, i think its overly priced and May is not really a peak period.

The room was small and clean. It was small to an extent that I had to rearrange the nightstands to have enougj space to open my suitcase flat (a checked luggage, not a carryon). However there was nothing to complain about, the staff was nice and the location very convenient. The breakfast was okay too. I enjoyed the overall late 80's vibe.

Pretty convenient hotel nearest nishi shinjuku subway station, breakfast was repetitive but had very good breads. Amenities were also very much appreciated. Only cleaning services wasnt that clean. Overall would come back to stay if in tokyo.
