Great Hotel with central access to all of Osaka. 27th floor was very private, staff was very helpful. Only thing I would like a little better is a earlier start in the lounge since I'm a early riser especially on vacation. I like waking up around 5-6am so waiting until 8am for the lounge wasn't realistic most days.

This is the 4th times i have stay in this hotel. The location is good but this round a bit disappointed regarding the change of single bed to double bed. In the end we paying extra amount for double bed and smaller room and may be the counter staff can explaining to us more before changing. Hope the cleaning need to impove as after clearing up the room, we can see a few hairs everywhere like bar counter, table top, chair & bed.

We had such a great stay! The location was so convenient—perfect for traveling with a toddler and a 9-year-old. Everything we needed was nearby, from train stations to restaurants and shops. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so quiet, even with the train station below. We would absolutely stay here again!

we stayed on the 27th floor and the view from there were great! also the private lounge was amazing: morning, tea and cocktail time. we also had the buffet breakfast in the morning and they literally har everything you could ask for!
