I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. We truly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

transport access: super accessible to shin-osaka station, very helpful for solo + first timers in japan like me.
cleanliness: the hotel is very clean and smells great.

what i like about this place is the public bath that you can have for experience. what i think could be improved is for the staff to at least communicate in conversational English.
