This booking gave me a panic run. Teo hotel staff kept saying my booking is cancelled, and no payment was received. I showed them the confirmed booking on the KLook app, but they didn’t care. I am to settle with KLook myself, as it’s third party booking. I tried to contact customer support and even as a platinum member with priority, I couldn’t reach the customer support timely. when they eventually contacted me, they called the hotel and as they said it’s cancelled, the Klook person asked me if I did. But shouldn’t you confirm in your system? it’s clearly still confirmed. Anyways, the hotel manager finally came, and said the KLook cancelled and rebooked the booking. But I did not cancel anything at my end. It was such a scare. Hope there is no second time.

Great location with direct access to its own MRT station and the Bannan Line. The hotel is a bit dated, though, and the hallways can feel stuffy. Rooms have windows, but they face inward, so don't expect much natural light or a view.
