Loved the location and how it's walkable. Customer service was great and they were willing to answer any questions that came up. The room can get very hot and the air conditioner is limited to what you can set it to. You can also hear construction going on at night so that might be bothersome.

Nice hotel in very strategic location in Ginza. Very close to Higashi-Ginza station, Ginza Six, Family Mart, Tsukiji Market, etc. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and of good size. Tables and chairs in the lobby area, and also out the front of the hotel for chilling. Would stay here again.

I loved my stay at Agora Tokyo Ginza. The location was perfectly situated and easily accessible to all of the local attractions and shopping. Room was very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast service was excellent and the staff was impressively friendly and extremely helpful. Next door there is a LOVELY coffee shop - MUB that I visited every morning. Will definitely be back to stay here again in the future.

Convinently located in walking distance from 2 train stations and within 10 minute walking distance to the ginza six shopping area and tsukiji fish market. The tea cafe in the lobby was also a huge plus!

Overall is cozy and comfortable. Room size is expected small as it is located next to the East Ginza metro station. Only drawback is that the air conditioner is controlled centralised and only warm air is supplied during winter. And it makes the room so hot and dry.

We highly recommend Agora. Amazing location, near multiple subway lines with wheelchair access and a stone throws away from great tourist sites such as the ginza shopping district and the tsukiji outer market. A Family Mart and Lawsons were located at opposite ends of the street of Agora which made for truly convenient convenience store shopping. The room was surprising spacious. We stayed in Agora from late January to early Feb so the temperature control was kept on the heating function and we were unable to turn on the aircon at night. Nevertheless, if you prefer cold evenings, opening the window allows the cool winter breeze in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. 100% would book again.
