Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Family cabin was lovely. Did have a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly fixed.

Staff were friendly and nice . Very easy check in . Room on the other hand, a funny smell to it. Was very dirty. The walls had stains, the skirting boards were full of dust . The spa bath had hair scattered around in it. There was no remote to the tv . The lounge had huge stains all over it . It was disgusting and hard to even sit on it , it stunk so bad .

The Parkview Cabin was spacious, clean, with the kitchen nicely equipped. The aircon was modern and very quiet. Location was great for exploring Nelson Bay and surroundings. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
