Staff is friendly and helpful. Most rooms are windowless but cosy. Location wise is very near to Taipei Maain Station. So if u planning a place to sleep and rest this is good. If u not use to tatami sleeping, then may be cumbersome as u get out of bed. Generally, placr is superb and cosy.
