It was a great hotel, we felt safe and secured during our stay. The daily free water was really convenient with free refill and coffee. If you enjoy shopping in Akihabara, then this hotel is for you.

favorite hotel at Akihabara! staff are so friendly speaks English! Hotel have this signature lavender-citrus scent which I love so much; btw you also have the spray bottle available in your room. Fresh bath towels and bottle waters were provided each day. PJ’s were so soft and comfortable to sleep in. Wish I could take them home. Laundry services is available which we did 2 full grocery bag were $16USD. you get your clothes the next day! Room is small; but we know that prior to staying here which was not a problem. Overall, I would stay here again on our next trip. Bonus: they have this little robot that goes around the lobby so kawaii!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very near to Akihabara Station with easy access from the airport. Staff were courteous and helpful. They provide pyjamas, daily towel change, and free amenities at the lobby like toothbrushes and shavers. Loved the salt bath after long walks around Tokyo. Rooms are small but still manageable as you can store luggage under the bed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Had slight issue with the smell of the room but it was resolved instantly. It’s at a rather convenient location. It might be easy to walk pass the hotel front door esp if you travel at night. Just look out for these signs on a small wall.

perfect location if you're wanting to go to Akihabara, a quick 5 min walk across the river and you're there. the cutest little robot at check in! try to get a river view room

A very beautiful hotel in a more quite street of Akihabara. It was truly perfect, just about 4 min from Akihabara Sta. and everything was reachable by foot in 10 min. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is the biggest I‘ve seen in Japan yet. The staff was very friendly and helped us organize our departure. Definitely a good pick if you wanna stay in Akihabara.
