We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of major landmarks but still quiet enough for a restful night. Highly recommend!

I liked this hotel. The staff weren’t that friendly and accommodating. The room was spcious enough for 1 person. The room is complete and cozy. Hotel is a few minutes away from major area/shopping street.

We had a comfortable stay at Livemax Susukino. Beds as they really say, are comfortable. Amenities are complete. Location is ok. Price is affordable, especially if reserved early. Most of the staff are friendly. We asked for help in the reception to get a taxi for us, but he declined and said they don't have contact. It could have been better if they could help with getting a taxi for their customer as other hotels do. We were in a hurry then, and taxi are seldom that time. We almost lose our reserved train to the airport. But still overall, we had a fun comfortable stay.
