hotel location: near the minamisenju station, easy to walk, Near a convenience store. I hope basic amenities, such as towels, toothpaste, and slippers, are included for free.

Our room is at the corner near the bath and sink area on the 5th floor. it is smaller compared to the other rooms. They could have inform us that it’s different than the others. Our luggages cant barely fit we had to store them on the shelf. we cant even open them inside the room hence we had to fix out stuff outside. it is too small even for 1pax. literally a bed with shelf and a door but no standing space. Make sure to ask for the regular room not a corner one. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to store my luggage before check in time which was strictly at 4pm 😢 the location is nearby the metro hibiya line and JR lines like JJ and JK. Overall it is convinient and cheap compare to others during the peak season.

good ratio price location. very close to Haneda airport and easy to commute for Narita airport. in the neighborhood there are also a lot of nice restaurants indicated in the local guide. have a look on it at your arrival. room are simple enough and bed is comfortable without any sophisticated furniture. elevator for the 10 floors. only issue I had with my door was the small gap for the lock it didn’t closed well. also my room was facing the street so noise outside is quite important to sleep it’s a bit annoying you will need to wait late until it gets a bit more relaxed. no need for a wake up alarm the cars traffic starts again around 6am. overall a good hotel with a clean shared bathroom.

place was beside a police station, near a lawson and a 711, and near the bus stop and train station (minamisenju - hibiya line) is accesible by elevator so no need to worry about luggages. the room was decent and has space to open your luggage. restroom and shower rooms were clean. theres fridge also and free coffee and water. there’s also coin laundry in the vicinity. loved my stay here! bonus: has a view of skytree! and the place is near asakusa and sensoji temple.
