great location. room was small, but that was expected given it was a city centre hotel. room was clean, great amenities provided too. only negative was the highly overpriced, awful tasting coffee we bought from the hotel lounge, so I'd recommend the hotel, just not the coffee in the lounge. the coffee provided on the room was much better and didn't cost extra.

So many shops and restaurants nearby, yet it takes a bit of a walk to get to JR Shinjuku station. Greetings from staff could only be seen in the morning. Not enough staff at the reception. The open area leading to the giant godzilla head was temporary close without mentioning the reopening time.

I love it, I just wish it had a pool for my kids. staff is super friendly and helpful! very clean place. hotel location: is in the middle of all food and shops, has a movie theater same building. overall just a great spot for tourists
