Great location and staff. Worth stayin in. We had a problem with our room (aircon busted) and they were able to move us to a new one in a few hours (they had to troubleshoot the AC in our room first). After the inconvenience, they have us comp drinks and a notebook for my daughter (it was her birthday that day). I know the inconvenience was not their choice but they were able to add in the complimentary items to make it much better. We’ll definitely book again when we come back l

it's a bit of a walk if you're taking public transport from the airport. but once you're settled the location is perfect - direct access to subway! very convenient! we had daily breakfast (included) the food is good enough to set you up for the day! staff ver accomodating and the room is very clean and smells good. will definitely book again if given the chance to visit Osaka again.

could have been a 5 but no coin laundry. vending machine, a yamato qr reader as well. and ice maker for convinience. staff and service is way better in terms of communacation and friendliness.

no bath tub. no coin laundry. no chrome cast or screen mirror on TVs. some reasons why i gave it a 4 instead of a 5. staff is excellent though
