location is near to the Lagoi mall. however the the cleanliness and the decor of the room should be renewed. the pool also have loose tiles, which is quite dangerous and sharp.

it was a very relaxing holiday for me and my fiancé. They were all very nice and accomates us nicely. even our assigned driver was so nice.!! a reccomended place to stay in Bintan. we’ll be back soon!

Be sure you are a nature lover before you book~ the location is great and staff are very nice - it’s quite cool as they will communicate through whatsapp and reply so quickly. The only demerit is the bathroom is just next to open area so many insects will come - a frog even came in when we were showering and our breakfast was eaten by a bird…

overall a decent stay. when we first entered the rooms we were highly impressed at how spacious it was including the toilet. but do take note that there are many insects and lizards during ur stay. pool was decent but felt abit dirty because of the algae. there were quite abit of flies in the pool too. free transfer between ferry to the hotel. driver was friendly and kind but also tried to hard sell us by calling me in the middle of the night to ask if i have plans tomorrow and needed a driver (it was quite expensive too iirc). hotel food is just edible would recommend visiting warung yeah within walking distance but because its the only restaurant around the area do take note it might get crowded or you have to wait for abit for your food during the holiday season. i enjoyed my 3d2n stay, an escape from the busy life in SG but tbh there really isnt much to do.

kamuela is a great resort if you are a family travelling and wish to stay and chill in your own villa.. else, there's actually nothing much, activities needs to be paid ala carte - perks is that it is near warungyeah and a few eateries; as well as lagoi bay beach! other than that, actually good to chill in your own villa. breakfast is provided for too!
