We had a wonderful stay at Art Hotel! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

hotel location is great. nearby universal studio and yet not too far from city central. train station is within walking distance but about 8-10min though. no escalator. room is very spacious we stay on level 50 great view! and coin laundry is available on B1. 24hr family mart is just downstairs too.

Staff is definitely friendly! Did not try the onsen hence cant comment much on it. Still a good hotel stay even though was expecting a much nearer to sea view. Theres no aircon (cooling function) above floor 30 hence it can feel abit stuffy/hot staying at skyfloor since you cant open the window to let in the cold air

The hotel rooms were excellent. It's right on the local train line and the JR train line. The breakfast sucked. Not a lot of offerings at all. I do not recommend paying for the breakfast option. The staff were okay. I tried to exchange money at their machine at the last minute, but it errored out! I should've done this earlier, but I thought I should do this before I leave on my Shinkansen in case I need cash. I was in a rush to leave, and they had the hardest time giving me my money. I ended up missing my train.

We actually haven't used the room that much except for sleeping as we spent huge amount of time in onsen which we have truly enjoyed. Room is nice with city view. We have requested for a bay view but we were informed that only rooms with 3 beds has the bay view. Strange but that's how it is. Further, they do not allow early check-in request. You can just leave your luggage and roam around Osaka which we did. Luggages were secured in a storage room. Hotel is very close to Bentencho station. Breakfast is just simple not too many options for a buffet but still good for a morning meal.

A fantastic hotel, at a reasonable price. The added buffet breakfast was super filling and tasty. Loved that our room had bunk beds for my girls. The convenience of the train right there was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again.
