Extremely well located, clean, spacious and with friendly staff. I would stay here again if I come back to Osaka. you can get drinks and soup for free from 11am to 11pm, which is a nice touch to come back to after long days of walking.

will definitely return on this hotel everytime I’ll go in Osaka. less than 2 min and you are in shinsaibashi suji street. hotel is always clean. breakfast is great. there’s a free soup, snacks, coffee, and drinks from 10am-10pm. the staffs especially the old lady assisting during breakfast is really nice and courteous, makes you feel at home.

Love the location and hotel amneties. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was a quick and fuss free. There is a hotel tax collected at the hotel so do take note on this. location wise it is nice and quiet while being a 16min walk to Dotonbori, 5min walk to Shinsaibashi stn and shopping street. Plus it is between the midosuji line and the Sakaisuji line (which we used to get to Kyoto). There is a free to use lounge (10am to 10pm) with free drinks and power sockets which is useful to fill water or get some work/research done. Room is small but easy to move around even with one big and medium luggage.

Room was big enough with 4 people (two schoolkids) to sleep. Everything was clean and there were free drinks in the lobby. Location is excellent 👌🏻

Short walk to family mart & main shinbaishi street boutique. Few minutes walk to Parco & Shinsaibashi station. Free coffe, soda & even instant cup noodles. Large lounge area, free luggage storage before checking & after checkout, luggage scale & basic amenities + pyjamas. Room space is just right. Most staff can speak good english. We love everything about this hotel!

The rooms are big compared to usual Japan business hotels. The toilet is also bigger, and looks new. Can say it’s clean as there were no bed bugs! :) Amenities in the room are bath towels, face towel, dental kit, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All others are available at the lobby - you can just get what you need. There’s also a common area where you can grab some free coffee, tea and noodles. They also have a luggage scale, luggage storage and toilet at the ground floor. Location-wise, it’s very near to Shinsaibashi station. From the airport though, it’s quite a long walk from Nagahoribashi station, so best to take the Nankai from airport to Namba, then just take an Uber. That’s what we did going back to the airport. The hotel is also near some convenience stores and restos. Overall, it was great - would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and value, few minutes walk to the metro and walking distance to dotonbori. Coin laundry on the second floor, exchange 100yen coins with reception, overall accommodating but still depends who you are dealing with, there is one particular older gentleman that was impatient and annoyed to answer any question but butting in. Water and ice stations vending machine. VOD available for purchase, daily room cleaning is great.
