Very good location since it is near Dohtonbori and Shinsaibashi. Just a few mins walk to/from the station. Lots of food spots and shopping nearby.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is just across Takashimaya which is just a few steps to Namba Station. Everything you need for your personal use are provided by the hotel. At the lobby, there is free luggage storage, unlimited coffee, unlimited comb, hair tie, shaving kit, bath towels, etc. They clean your room everyday. The room is a bit spacious compared to other hotels of the same price in the area. There's a family mart just outside the hotel and a tax free store. If we will have another chance to go back to Osaka, I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again and again. Very convenient location.

Convenient location. Just 3-5 minutes walk to and from Namba Station. Rooms with Twin Beds are decent and big enough for two 5-foot people with four (4) large luggages.

Highly recommend this hotel! We booked 2 rooms as a family of 4, all adults. The rooms were large enough for us and our luggage. This hotel has a great location, there is a car rental shop just beside it. A small Family Mart is also nearby, so we just buy on the way home. Best of all, Dotonbori is just a few minutes walk away! We bought a lot of stuff at Book Off Plus and also bought from shops all around Dotonbori. The location is very convenient since Dotonbori really comes alive at night. We felt safe walking towards our hotel even if it was almost 11pm. Namba station is also very near so we had no problems rolling our luggages to ride Nankai Limited express train to Kansai Airport. The staff are all very kind and approachable. We arrived a bit early for check-in but they allow luggage storage, so it was very convenient. They also have unlimited coffee at their spacious lobby. During our day of checkout, we were also able to borrow a weighing scale so we could double-check the weight of our luggage before going to the airport. The hotel also has a coin operated laundry and vendo machine on the 13th floor and a microwave. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was more than enough for our needs, we felt very safe, and we had very restful nights. Thanks to all the staff!

Hotel is very very very very close to Namba station, it is literally 1 traffic light from the station. The room isn't small considering the price you are paying. Hotel is clean and Hotel staffs are really helpful!
