The location is actually good since it is less than 150meters walk from the exit of Nikasai but going out to the city center like tokyo stn and going back DURING rush hour is a NIGHTMARE. The Train is too crowded. But when it comes to the Hotel, all are at its best. they also have a free snack from 10pm to 2pm during our stay. I love their free iced and hot drinks which is 24hrs available. lots of free teas, and other stuffs. There’s a lot of eatery at Metro shop too. Near 7eleven, Familymart and Lawson transport access: hotel location:

a lot of restaurants and 2 supermarket nearby, very close to train station (3 minutes walk), free meal at night from 10pm-1am with small ramem, snack and drink (instance coffee, water) and we got free pomegrade ginseng drink duringthe brand promotion period), thing can go fast, so be there early. Room with good bath tub size, beside 2 single bed, we got sofa bed which is plenty room for our luggage. Hotel got microwave, laundry and ice maker at 2nd floor. Room is quite and with fridge and the price is cheaper than APA hotel. Overall very happy even though is take ~ 30 mins to go to central area (like Ginza)
