Great

Standard Suite · 2 Adult(s), 1 child(ren) · 2 Nights

the instructions on how to enter the location, we never received the email 24 hrs before. so I had to contact support which through Klook was no help at all. I ended up looking up my reservation by my first and last name. finally it gave me a code to login and enter. the room was amazing and clean. cleanliness: everything had a place. very organized. we absolutely LOVED the laundry feature. although I too had to figure it out on my own, no instructions.
