The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, but it's a bit far from Ginza. There is a coin laundry, but it’s frustrating that some guests leave their laundry overnight, making the washing machines unusable, and the staff can't do anything about it. Ideally, laundry should be done within 1.5 to 2 hours, and guests should pick it up promptly. It’s stated that if laundry isn’t collected within 30 minutes, the staff will remove it and place it at the front desk. However, in reality, I waited from 11 PM until 3 AM, and the guest still hadn’t picked up their laundry. The staff said they wouldn’t open the washing machine to allow other guests to use it.
