First of all the hotel is situated in a great location. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but despite that nice and clean. The choices for breakfast were limited if you stay longer than two days you might be better of taking breakfast at an outside location. Hotel staff was nice and supportive.

the area was the best! We stayed at an 18sqm room. next time I think I would try the bigger room if they have. Loved the beds and pillows. it was very comfy. Would stat here again.

gym so small so useless but others very nice and good. shopping and restos are just outside. family mart beside it. train is 500m away so 8min walk. staff friendly esp the filipino one Samanta

Love the location and value for money for the area. The bigger room wasnt available for our dates. But the lounge in the mezzanine was helpful for hanging out with friends.

Location is very central. A block away from Donki, and right beside two Family Mart convenience stores. Lots of holes-in-the-wall restaurants, one of which always has a line even at midnight. I wish the hotel has more breakfast varieties. It can tiring eating the same dish every single day for a week.

Location is very accessible, about 5min walk from nearest subway station and 5min walk from airport limousine bus stop. Staff were approachable and nice and speak good english. Rooms are a bit small but was expected. Overall, a good stay.

first time to stay in ginza area from the many times we have visited tokyo. the best thing about the hotel was the 2nd floor lounge area. we can eat and hang there while our kids are asleep.
