Highly Impressed! Great Location, Smart Access, and Excellent Service "We had a wonderful 2-night stay here in a Twin Room, which was quite spacious and comfortable, not cramped at all. We arrived 40 minutes before the official check-in time, and luckily our room was already prepared. The staff were incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early, which we deeply appreciated! The hotel uses a secure digital code system for both the main building entrance and the guest room doors. It was highly convenient since we didn't have to carry any key cards around. The location is excellent—just a 6 to 10-minute walk (around 600 meters) from Kyoto Station via the Kyoto Porta side. Bonus Food Tip! Right on the street behind the hotel, there is a fantastic restaurant called 'Tempura & Wine Kojima'. They serve incredibly delicious tempura at a very budget-friendly price. It is highly recommended for a great meal close to the hotel!

Staff not able to provide extra pillows and blankets. Service is hit or miss. Overall it was a great stay in a beautiful part of kyoto. Recommend the Japanese grill right down the street.
