Very clean, good staff and
nice breakfast. only issue found with the lift. one lift can take 4 people and the other bigger one is used mostly by staff. we were on level 1 facing difficulty getting empty lift on our level especially in the morning during breakfast and checkout times. otherwise everything else was great.

The best urban retreat hotel in Adelaide! We enjoyed our 3-day getaway just to relax and unwind away from the busyness of Sydney. Will definitely come back! ❤️
