Beautiful place with great set up and amenities. Quiet part of the city with free parking. Balmuda appliances and washer dryer was great addition to the rooms
Property also seems very new and suitable for larger groups given that most rooms can accommodate a larger group size.
However, big concern with the check-in process as Klook uses 3rd party sites, and in our case Expedia. This meant that the internal account booking details are not transferred or retained. The hotel is unmanned and to gain entry a code is need, hence we were left unable to check in at the entrance until we are able to reach the hotel support - via email as we did not have a local number.
