Very reliable airport transfer service. For arrival, just follow the directions provided in the booking instructions — the pickup point is right across Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel, which is very close and easy to find after exiting the airport. For departure, they send an email in advance confirming the exact pickup time from your hotel. It was very convenient and hassle-free. Plus, it’s a door-to-door service, which made traveling with luggage much easier. Highly recommended!

This Blue Mountains National Park day tour was a great value. Our driver and guide, Mr. Frank Feng, was friendly, gave detailed explanations, and had gentle driving skills. The service was impeccable. The only downside was the dark, rainy weather that day, which prevented us from seeing many beautiful views, but that's unavoidable. At least the service from the driver and guide was excellent.

Our guide Charlie was very humorous and engaging. The smaller group size made the schedule more flexible, perfect for small families or groups of friends traveling together. Unfortunately, we weren't lucky with the weather, as it rained the entire time in the Blue Mountains during our trip. I recommend visitors to the Blue Mountains pay close attention to the weather forecast. It can also be a bit cold up in the mountains, so a windproof and rainproof jacket would be a good choice.

Easy to use, but luck is a factor. Sometimes it's very crowded, and you have to wait to shower, but the staff will try to arrange it according to your boarding time. The food is average.

The hotel picked up the 6 of us in the morning, the journey was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The red train down the mountain was very exciting, with a near 60-degree angle. The natural scenery of the Blue Mountains is beautiful, and the guide and driver provided excellent service.

Great location friendly staff. Note : No water given. No slippers given. Drink tap instead when asked. Please note: bring your own slippers and bring your own water then all is good. Nice big bathroom. Comfy beds.

The customer booked through Lucker the day before yesterday and was able to experience the itinerary the next day, which is very convenient! The minibus pick-up and drop-off and group member/schedule arrangements were well-coordinated, and the itinerary was generally smooth!
