My happy Bali memories include the trip to Batur. I highly recommend traveling with Sandi & Jernat, who are responsible for your Bali day from A to Z. Sandi picked me up at 3 AM for the Batur trip. He was waiting in front of my place 10 minutes early. He even played BLACKPINK songs, which put me in a great mood for the trip. Most of all, I appreciated that he spoke English well, making communication easy. Many Grab drivers don't speak English well ㅠㅠ I was also able to ask him about Bali, which was great haha. Sandi must have been tired because I'm so curious and ask so many questions ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thanks to him, I had a chance to understand Bali better, which was really great. Jernat drove the Jeep, and he considered the fact that we weren't particularly knowledgeable about photography. He took photos at the best times and spots. Because the clouds were covering the stars and the mountain, he took pictures at the perfect moments when the clouds cleared. He just knew exactly what to do!ㅋㅋㅋ As a Samsung-Galaxy user, I now understand why people love iPhones. JERNAT's photos ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Ah, iPhone photos are perfect as wallpaper!! The best!! The colors are just amazing ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thank you for taking such beautiful pictures^^ I also like the candid shots ~ B-cuts that you secretly took while telling us to rest^^ I'm so happy with them that I will recommend them to my friends who travel to Bali in the future ㅋㅋ Actually, I hesitated at first because the price was a bit high, but considering the satisfaction, the price is worth it. Adding Ayung River rafting made it an even happier memory.

Had a great time on this tour! Deendra is the nicest guide I've met in Bali.He was sharp on time to pick me up.from hotel..was very polite and attentive through out the trip.I felt very safe as a solo traveller and all thanks to this great guide! First stop was the coffee plantation.I have to admit I wasnt too excited for this stop.But I was pleasantly surprised.Had the nicest guide showing me around and giving great explanation about the types of coffee.He was always smiling and just the warmest person.Didnt at any point force me to buy any products but I ended up buying anyways because the coffee tasting was so delicious!! Must visit this place! And Akasa Cafe was so scenic and just amazing views.The staff was so friendly there ans the food was great too! I badly wanted to go here after seeing all the insta feeds and boy the place was just as amazing as the insta posts!!🤩😍Last but not the least Mount Batur The drive along the way with great views of the Lake and explanations from deendra was just the icing on the cake.Wan the other guide took over on the Jeep tour and the views were breathtaking!! He took loads of pics for me and suggested poses as well.Kintamani and Mount Batur is a one of a kind experience that shiuld not be missed! Had an awesome trip and a great experience! I had a wonderful time with my pickup driver, Jodi, and my jeep driver, Buki! First of all, Jodi arrived about 10 minutes early for the pickup time and waited for me. While driving to the point where I transferred to the jeep, he explained Balinese culture and various other things. We had a fun chat! I also told him about Korea🤣. His English pronunciation was good and fluent, so even though I'm not good at English, I had no trouble communicating. After the jeep tour, we went to a cafe, coffee farm?, and a waterfall. Since I applied for a solo tour, it was almost like a date...? lol. I was treated very well. He also explained things well when I asked questions. I hope to see Jodi again next time! It was so much fun. And Buki! He is an excellent driver and photographer (unofficial) lol. He's cool and cheerful. I'm not good at posing and I'm awkward, but he gave me good pose recommendations, and thanks to him, I was able to get some great photos! We take time to take pictures once before sunrise and once after sunrise (once doesn't mean taking only one picture). Before sunrise, it's dark, so you have to stand still for 10 seconds when taking pictures, and you have to stand still or it will be blurry! After it gets bright, he takes pictures quickly. He also brought me breakfast and meticulously checked to see if I was okay. For your information, you have to wait for 2 hours from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM before sunrise, and it's really cold, so be sure to bring a blanket or windbreaker. I brought a large towel (gum instead of teeth lol), but it got really cold after 5 AM ㅜㅜ I also went to Black Lava with them! He lives diligently and is a very outgoing person😆 I hope my review is helpful to the two of them who gave me a wonderful time. Hope to see you again, take care Jodi, Buki!!

Amazing experience! Our driver, Dede, was super punctual, warm, and really went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. He even helped us capture some great photos at the Kintamani café and Tegalalang Rice Terrace. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour and Dede if you’re visiting Bali!

Batur tour such a wonderful experience 🫶🏻 Arjana reached out to us prior to the trip to confirm the pick-up schedule, which helped us plan our time better. His friendly demeanor and easygoing personality also made the ride more enjoyable, as we felt comfortable throughout the journey. The highlight of the tour was definitely the jeep adventure through Mt. Batur and the Black Lava fields, led by the amazing Rinti. Despite being new to the job, she remained positive, professional, and skilled, navigating the challenging roads with ease. We were especially amazed to see a female driver in a male-dominated field—she truly inspired us with her confidence and dedication! After the tour, Arjana brought us to AKASA Specialty Coffee, where we were greeted with an astonishing view overlooking the volcano. That easily made it the best breakfast of our entire Bali trip, a perfect end to an already unforgettable experience! Thank you, Klook, for assigning such incredible guides to us! We felt safe, well taken care of, and couldn’t have asked for a better adventure ❤️

Our dirt bike adventure to Mount Batur was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and so much fun. Budi, our guide, was amazing super knowledgeable, friendly, and such a huge support throughout the entire experience. He made sure we were safe, comfortable, and having the best time. Kardi, our driver, was also fantastic. He picked us up right on time and was helpful and accommodating throughout the day. It was great to have everything run so smoothly. we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The views, the ride, and the entire journey were unforgettable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for adventure, great company, and top-notch service!

My husband and I were both satisfied with the guided tour this time. The reason was that we could understand and enjoy Indonesian history and culture more because it was explained in Korean. The vehicle was comfortable and there were quite a few temples, volcanoes, and coffee plantations, so it was nice to be able to rest in the vehicle. We were also grateful that the tour guide took our opinions into consideration when making various choices and took us to the hotel despite the terrible traffic jam at the end.

The bike suits me well and the route has so many views calling all I would read this tour 10 out of 10 it was an amazing ride
