We had an amazing experience with Mai as our tour guide! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire tour. She always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The tour itself was beautiful! We loved exploring Cat Cat Village and wearing the traditional costumes, it was such a fun and memorable experience. The weather was brilliant, and we also enjoyed the beautiful views at Moana Café. The first time was so nice, I had to do it twice! It was a fun activity. I wish they had video options, but you can shoot from your mobile. I recommend dual recording mode. You can keep your stuff in a free locker before you start the ride. Don't forget to smile for the camera when you are being lifted up towards the end ofthe ride. You can collect the hardcopy later at a nominal fee. It has a QR using which you can download the softcopy. If you are willing you. an do another round at 100K VND.

We had such a wonderful experience on our Sapa trekking tour with Sumy. She was an incredibly kind, patient, and passionate guide who made the whole experience feel personal and special. One of the best massage experience in Vietnam! We booked the Vietnamese massage in Klook, a value deal comparing with the original price. Even though it’s a promotion, the quality and service are as great as normal. I do like the hot herbal pillow and eye mask during massage, not to mention the professional of the massage. The only recommendation is that the room is abit humid and towel is also abit damp, especially during the rainy day.

A special shoutout to our tour guide, Tuna, who was always attentive, friendly, and informative throughout the entire trip. We truly appreciated how well he looked after everyone and made the tour even more enjoyable. The cruise itself was top-notch. Lan Ha Bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved that there were fewer tourists and a more peaceful atmosphere. The two swimming pools were a bonus, and the buffet was incredibly delicious, with so much variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the sunset party with canapés, which was such a lovely touch. There was so much included in the tour: bike riding or a fish spa in the village, kayaking, swimming, and plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was well organised and genuinely worth the travel and money. Overall, we had an amazing experience. If you’re visiting Lan Ha Bay, we highly recommend Serenity Grand Cruise!
