I had a wonderful day visiting Moana, Cat Cat Village and the Alpine ride with Sumy. She was caring, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, with clear English that made her an excellent guide for travellers from all over the world. Cat Cat Village was a highlight, especially learning about traditional hemp weaving, indigo dyeing, local crafts and the fascinating cultural traditions of the ethnic communities. Sumy genuinely cared about her customers. When two guests had concerns about their Alpine ride, she immediately contacted the business to raise the issue. Her kindness and professionalism were outstanding. I highly recommend Sumy to anyone visiting Sa Pa. If you are lucky enough to have her as your guide, you will have a wonderful experience! ❤️

Highly recommended! the buffet was huge and the transportation great! I would recommend to go up to the peak point with the trains and come down to the cable car by foot. A bit scary if you are afraid of heights but worth the visit!

This was an amazing day tour experience! The itinerary was very well-organized, covering stunning scenic spots like the Dragon Cloud Glass Skywalk, Moana Sapa, and the charming Cat Cat Village.  A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ms. Yao! She was super enthusiastic and helpful throughout the trip, constantly reminding everyone of important schedule details and tips. She also took the initiative to help us take fantastic photos with great photography skills, making this trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa, and guide Ms. Yao is definitely a 5-star highlight!

We booked this only the day prior and it was such a good decision! Our driver was Trung and he was very helpful. We were initially going to go to Ta Van village and Alpine Coaster, but he advised us to go to the Glass Bridge instead in the morning bec it gets too crowded in the afternoon. He helped us buy tickets online, which was a blessing because we got to skip the REALLY long line of people buying on the spot. He also recommeded places for us to eat and have coffee in. My friends and I had a seamless time.

Ang unang beses ay napakaganda, kaya ginawa ko ulit! Masayang aktibidad ito. Sana mayroon silang mga opsyon sa video, ngunit maaari kang mag-shoot gamit ang iyong mobile. Inirerekomenda ko ang dual recording mode. Maaari mong ilagay ang iyong mga gamit sa isang libreng locker bago ka sumakay. Huwag kalimutang ngumiti sa camera kapag ikaw ay iniaangat patungo sa dulo ng biyahe. Maaari mong kunin ang hardcopy mamaya sa isang nominal na bayad. Mayroon itong QR code kung saan maaari mong i-download ang softcopy. Kung gusto mo, maaari kang sumakay ulit sa halagang 100K VND.

Everything was perfect, and we could understand and learn more about the city. The tour guide explained everything so well, showing the most important aspects of the city. I am so grateful for the full experience and dinner afterward, as well as for the care and attention provided.

Fantastic day cruise around Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba! Our guide Tuna was polite, and took excellent care of us throughout the day. The kayaking was excellent, the seafood lunch was fresh and delicious, the evening tea was nicely prepared and everything was clean and well organized. Beautiful views and great service from start to finish. 10/10 experience — highly recommend! 🌊🛶✨

Si Miss Mai Giang, ang aming tour guide ngayong araw, ay napakabait at marami siyang ibinahaging impormasyon. Magaling niyang ipinaliwanag ang mga detalye sa buong tour at tinulungan ang lahat na kumuha ng mga larawan. Maayos ang pagkakagawa ng itinerary ng tour. Gustong-gusto ko ang foot soak na may kasamang inumin at nagustuhan ko ring pagmasdan ang tanawin pagkatapos ng tour. Angkop din ang tour na ito para sa mga matatanda at bata dahil hindi ito masyadong nakakapagod. Lubos kong irerekomenda ang tour na ito.

Ito ay isang masaya at di malilimutang karanasan. Ang aming tour guide na si Pam ay napaka-accommodating at madaling lapitan. Ang isang tour na may karagdagang kaalaman kung paano sila nagtatahi at nagtitina ng mga damit ay isang magandang karanasan! Ang pagkakaroon ng pagkakataong maranasan ang kultura at tradisyonal na pananamit ng Vietnam ang pinakamagandang bahagi ng tour. Bukod pa rito, ang rainbow ride at trekking ay masaya para sa akin. Kung may pagkakataon kang makahingi ng tour guide, isaalang-alang si Pam, siya ay mabait at napakapalakaibigan!
