Review for: Morning Tour

It's a fun and memorable experience. Our tour guide Pam is very accommodating and approachable. A tour with additional learning on how they stitch & dye clothes was a great experience! Having a chance to experience the Vietnamese culture and traditional clothing was the best part of the tour. Also, the rainbow ride and trekking for me was fun. If there's a chance you can ask for a tour guide, consider Pam, she's kind and super friendly!

it was a very fun day at Cat Cat village thanks to Su ☺️ She was very kind in explaining the spots to us and gave us a tip to get the dresses at the waterfalls which made it easy for us to walk. Wish this tour could be longer so that we can stay longer to explore and eat more.

As a solo traveller, I had a lovely time joining a group! This is the most enjoyable part of my Sa Pa itinerary. Chang was our guide during the activity and I really learned a lot from her. She was caring and kind to be accommodating my questions. Thank you so much! IT'S A MUST IN YOUR SAPA TRIP!! ❤️

catcat village was a good experience, I’ve been of countless similar village walkthroughs in different countries most of them are the same but this one hit differently. it starts off as the usual done walking + taking those usual pictures on wing statues and structures but later on it piqued my interest regarding how they make those woven cloth with the indigo dye. also showed how the village thrives as there are different activities there like the ones with the horses, the costumes and such. If I can recall correctly around 16:30 there’s a performance which was nice as it showed their culture and folkdances. the coffee was great and the food too. ty may (the guide) was very informative and would always check up who was left behind and would consider your pacing. lastly, why this hits differently is at the end there’s that rainbow slide that costs 40k! afraid or not i highly recommend to try it. the pickup and transfer back was great. chaotic but it gets you home! till next time

Review for: Sapa Cat Cat Village Half-Day Guided Tour

Arriving in Sapa at 6 AM with no plans, I decided to join this half-day tour. Our guide, Gigi, picked me up at the hotel! There were six of us, including me, and we arrived at the Hmong village in about 10 minutes by car! Once we got to the village, Gigi's English was so easy to understand, and she slowly explained many things about the Hmong people and the village. I never felt tired and was able to enjoy the tour until the very end! We had about 30 minutes of free time in the village and even got to ride an optional thrilling slider. I'm so glad I joined this tour! I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't made plans yet! If you're wondering what to do, definitely give it a try! Thank you, Gigi! 😘

I very much enjoyed the Cat Cat Village tour. It was a plus that our tour guide, Moo, is actually from the village or a member of the village so she is knowledgeable about the culture. The place and the people are very interesting. I just wish that when there are cultural performances, tourists who are in costume do not walk infront of the stage for pictures. Hopefully this can be regulated. But all in all, it was a wonderful tour and experience.

Had a wonderful experience visiting Cat Cat Village! The scenery was stunning and we got to learn so much about the local Hmong culture. Our tour guide Ly was very nice — knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the hike. It suddenly rained but the experience was still great. Prepare your jacket and umbrella just in case. Highly recommend joining this tour, especially if Ly is your guide! Also try the rainbow sllide! Definitely worth it!

Review for: Morning Tour

Our tour guide was Ly, who was friendly and informative. Thankfully, she suggested that we rent our costumes at the waterfall instead of the entrance, so we didn’t have to carry heavy clothes or walk too far in traditional outfits. The package included the entry tickets to Cat Cat Village, and she also shared interesting stories about its history and the traditional batik cloth-making process. She also offered to take pictures of us, which we were really thankful for.

it was a heart pounding trek but it was good to see the locals especially how they weave most of their hand-made products. Down the village was so relaxing as you get the chance to see locals and tourist with a beautiful view of rice terraces, waterfalls & native houses. Our guide named KatKat was very fond and kind.
