I like that the hotel has another exit door that is near to Sapa Center, so very easy to go to the center. The hotel is near Moana Sapa and Catcat village. The rooms were very clean and spacious and they serve good breakfast selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Claire. Food at their restaurant are also good and Dao Spa is also a good massage place.

We had a really lovely stay at KK Sapa Hotel! The hotel was clean, smelled amazing, and was very conveniently located. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. We especially appreciated being able to freshen up before check-in after our trip around Sapa. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and nice, and everything felt worth more than what we paid for. The breakfast buffet was also delicious! Another thing we appreciated was being able to leave our bags after checkout, explore more of Sapa, and return to the hotel at night before our trip back to Hanoi. We were even able to repack our bags before leaving, which was a huge help. The staff made everything so convenient for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend KK Sapa Hotel!
