overall booking proceed was easy and the QR code can be used and easy to access the concert . Good experience with klook.

the reception staff are wonderful! special shoutout to the young doorman/security guard! he was very friendly and helpful and made every interaction so pleasant. there’s free coffee and tea in the lobby and water refill machines. the only downside of the hotel is the cleanliness needs a lot of work, making up the room was simply straightening the covers and the towels have some smell to it. the area isn’t the best either due to nearby construction, but overall it was still conveniently located

Breakfast: There are relatively many varieties and they are all delicious, plus there is free hand-drip coffee.
Hotel Location: The location is very close to the Golden Triangle area.
Service: Room problems are dealt with immediately and there are no extra charges. Requests are met as much as possible, such as requesting a better window location.
Cleanliness: Although relatively small, it is very tidy and clean, and there is also space to store suitcases.

i had a pleasant stay at furama. everything was smooth and also i managed to check in early by 30 minutes so thats a plus!! the breakfast spread is so good. i actually have been here before and i noticed theres no chocolate danish anymore. idk if they didnt brought it out yet or its not available on that day.

i like the hotel location as it is near to Lalaport mall by walk to the linked bridge.The service from the staff is very good and friendly during the check-in process and the room also clean.
