Hotel location: Very convenient, with two shopping malls right across the street. Cleanliness: Clean, and includes toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Located opposite Komtar Mall, it is very accessible when coming from Singapore. City Square and Komtar Mall are right in front, so you can enjoy gourmet food. It's great to have the pool all to yourself and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is a disappointment...

Just stayed 2 nights at Capri by Fraser JB and it was awesome. The hotel is super clean, modern and very well-kept. You can tell they maintain it properly.
The sea view from the room was beautiful, especially in the morning. It gave such a relaxing vibe to the whole trip.
The location is also very convenient and easy to travel around JB from there. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
