The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is excellent and very attentive. 👍 You can drop off your luggage early and take the kids upstairs to play in the children's play area - my kids had a blast! We slept great that night. The soundproofing is a little lacking; you can hear the kids jumping around upstairs.

Convenient location, comfortable overall, very close to the train station, great nearby amenities, highly recommend this place to friends visiting Hsinchu.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I stayed on the 23rd floor this time, and the view was great. The housekeeping staff was also very kind. It was my first time using the instant hot water dispenser in the room, and I found it very convenient. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Hsinchu.

The family room was spacious for three people, the beds were comfortable, and the sauna facilities were complete (cold and hot pools, steam oven). The high floor offered a good view. It's about a 10-minute walk from FE'21 Mega. The only drawback was the limited number of TV channels. Overall, it's worth recommending.

While it's an older hotel, the service provided by the staff is truly amazing and makes you feel pampered. The hotel facilities and room cleanliness are consistently excellent. Since we were traveling with a one-year-old infant, we requested a baby bathtub and crib, which were both readily prepared in advance. The next morning, at breakfast on the 5th floor, they also provided a dedicated high chair and utensils for children, making it very considerate for family travel.
