Our driver made our Yunnan trip absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the journey, always patient and attentive to our needs. Beyond just driving, he gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit that weren't in any guidebook including introducing the historical context. He also went the extra mile by checking weather conditions daily with his fellow drivers, and based on that, he proactively advised itinerary changes to make sure we caught the best scenic views at the right time.. He was also very proactive about advising us on how to prepare for the 4000m high altitude, which really helped us acclimatize comfortably. The biggest highlight was his flexibility—when he realized our train departure on the last day was much earlier, he reworked our itinerary on the spot so we could still enjoy a full morning without any stress. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!"

Many thanks to Master Yinglong for taking care of us throughout the journey! He was very punctual, provided excellent service, and was enthusiastic about helping us order from Meituan and pick up our meals. Along the way, he also introduced us to local history and culture, and shared stories about his hometown, making the trip even more interesting. There was no forced shopping or extra expenses, and he even helped us take photos to remember the trip. The entire journey was relaxed and enjoyable, and I highly recommend him! Thank you, Master!

The tourguide is very professional. Arrived at the meeting point before the meeting time. The transport throughout the journey was very spacious & comfortable. The inter city transport involved the High Speed train. The tour company booked a suitable & comfort seat throughout the HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels that were booked by the tour company are also very comfortable and near to the attraction point. In summary, the, i would rate it 9.0 out of 10.

Since we were traveling with elderly family members, our main concern was whether the itinerary would be comfortable and well-paced. We were so glad we chose this team; they were incredibly professional, from the pre-trip planning to the on-site execution. The hotels, routes, and daily schedules were perfectly arranged, allowing our elders to enjoy the trip with ease, and enabling us to fully savor the journey.
A special thank you to our concierge, Yi An, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Whether it was coordinating the itinerary or handling various detailed requests, everything was managed promptly, making us feel truly at home with such considerate service.

Our driver picked us up from our hotel at our own timing and we have a smooth journey. He also provided some brief history of shaxi and dali old town and accompanied us through out the journey. As a final stop our driver has also drove us to "santorini dali" at our request. The view of er hai from the hill top is indeed wonderful

Weeks before our departure, you patiently answered all our questions about the itinerary—from adapting to the altitude in Lijiang Ancient Town and the changing weather in Shangri-La, to what high-altitude medications to prepare and what clothing would be most suitable. You meticulously reminded us of every detail. Before each attraction, you would also send us important notes and tips in advance, allowing us to prepare ourselves mentally and physically. Your patience and thoughtfulness made us feel completely at ease even before we left.
Next, we sincerely thank Master Wenyao. The moment we walked out of Lijiang Airport with our luggage, we saw him holding a sign and greeting us with a warm smile. That moment was truly touching. Throughout the journey, he drove smoothly and comfortably, and he also transformed into the best tour guide—when passing Yulong Snow Mountain, he would slow down so we could admire the cloud-shrouded peaks; before entering Tiger Leaping Gorge, he vividly recounted the legends and geographical mysteries of the canyon; on the high-altitude roads of Shangri-La, he constantly checked if we felt dizzy or short of breath and had oxygen tanks ready for us. On the day we visited Meili Snow Mountain, a fellow traveler experienced mild altitude sickness, and he thoughtfully provided assistance. On this Yunnan trip, he was not just a driver, but more like a good friend to us in Yunnan.
Finally, we must also thank Klook for arranging everything for us. From the planning and arrangement of the itinerary, the proper coordination of accommodation and transportation, to selecting such excellent butlers and masters, we could feel Klook's dedication at every step.
