Clean bedroom, convenient as it is just above the shopping mall, a lot of variety of food in breakfast buffet. Cons, yellowish bath towel

everything is good except that the hot water is not hot enough.

i would definitely come again. just maybe for improvement, on the hall way from the reception to the lift, they look very messy and unkept as the housekeeping trolley and towel/linen trolley were there when we passed through, they are best kept elsewhere transport access: the main drive way is steep, becareful

Its near to suria sabah shopping mall, walking distance around 5 minutes. There are a lot of restraunt nearby
