Transport in Vung Tau

this was a really great service. we did a 3 day Dalat trip and the driver Kiem was very attentive to our needs. there was always water in the car, various chargers, and he was even ready with a powerbank. he kept the car clean each day. the rides were always smooth and we even got to sleep through it. he was quiet and always ready to help. really quick at responding and always on time. even ahead of time. we had control over all our stops and Kiem didn’t take us to any tourist traps. we appreciated how he helped carry bags, translate our needs, and even organised a hotel booking. would definitely be booking with them again.

Smooth and punctual airport drop-off service. My flight was unexpectedly rescheduled to a much earlier time and they have been more than accommodating to pick me up earlier than previously scheduled! Highly recommended!

it was an easy process. just showed booking QR code as bordered the ferry- everyone assigned seats. the trip was uneventful and only ran over 20mins. they offered water and snack and you could buy drinks on board as well. over all very smooth.

I booked an airport pickup for 3:30 PM. At 3:15 PM, I received a call, and they came to look for me. It was good that they found me after I sent a selfie, but I think it would be easier if there was a way to input arrival flight details and terminal information. It was fortunate that I had a local SIM card connected. It took about 4 hours to get to Vung Tau because of heavy traffic. During a rest stop, they collected payment, but they didn't check the voucher and only confirmed after I told them I had already paid. I'd like to see this improved. Otherwise, the air conditioning worked well, and the seats were comfortable, so I was satisfied. A fellow passenger on the bus was listening to social media loudly, which was incredibly noisy; I wonder if that's part of Vietnamese culture.

The transfer service from HCMC to Vung Tau was very convenient. After arriving at the airport, we took a Grab to their office (the pickup point). It wasn’t far from the airport, only about a 10-minute drive. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Since we arrived earlier than expected, she helped arrange for us to take an earlier departure, which we really appreciated. During the journey, the driver made a stop for about 15 minutes so passengers could use the restroom or buy some snacks. Since it was a shared ride, the driver dropped off other passengers at their respective destinations along the way. He also dropped us off directly at our hotel, which was very convenient. The journey from HCMC to Vung Tau took around 2.5 hours. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I would recommend this service for travelling from HCMC to Vung Tau.

The confirmation of the booking was fast but I didn't receive any message from anyone (car company/driver) the night before my trip. I checked the info on "how to use" and gotten a number to text the company on the very morning of my trip around 6am(VNT)/7am (sg time). Then I received a message from the driver. My advice for those booking this private car chartering is to contact the company the day/night before your trip so that you can have a peace of mind that night. Our drive Mr Phuong was a quiet and helpful man. he can speak very little English but we were able to communicate easily through translating app. He helped us to call and book appointments for our 10 pax hairwash/massage visit and get everything ready b4 we reach the place. Most importantly, he drove safely and steadily and never speed even on expressway.
