The bus operator was very good with communication and kept us updated prior to the trip. The van departed on time and the journey was smooth. We had one stop along the way for food, refreshments, and a toilet break, which was appreciated. We arrived in Vung Tau on schedule. The confirmation of the booking was fast but I didn't receive any message from anyone (car company/driver) the night before my trip. I checked the info on "how to use" and gotten a number to text the company on the very morning of my trip around 6am(VNT)/7am (sg time). Then I received a message from the driver. My advice for those booking this private car chartering is to contact the company the day/night before your trip so that you can have a peace of mind that night. Our drive Mr Phuong was a quiet and helpful man. he can speak very little English but we were able to communicate easily through translating app. He helped us to call and book appointments for our 10 pax hairwash/massage visit and get everything ready b4 we reach the place. Most importantly, he drove safely and steadily and never speed even on expressway.
