Highly recommended for convenient day tour for large group or family trip especially to Ba Den Mountain then airport drop-off no need to carry luggages because you can leave it at the van. The driver, Mr. Thien was very accommodating with our requests and very friendly.

we went to Ba Den Mountain for a whole day trip. The car is comfortable and the driver drives very safely.

We swam deep in Vung Tau for a whole day and ate two meals of seafood. The price is reasonable, about half the price of Hong Kong. The restaurant is by the sea with beautiful scenery. We arranged to charter a car back to Ho Chi Minh City at 8:30 in the evening, and the drive was safe and comfortable.

Very smooth and easy! Met with the driver at the airport in Ho Chi Minh and he drove us straight to our hotel in Mui Ne. He had a very nice and comfortable car as well. Also, it was easy to get in contact with Klook regarding our flight details and contact details for the driver.

5 people moved to a 7-seater private car, but I didn't think that there were a lot of luggage and called for a 7-seater, so the back seat was full of luggage, so there was a situation where 4 people had to ride in the 2nd row. !! Nevertheless, the reason I gave it five stars was that the Airbnb host my family booked in Vung Tau was fraudulent and couldn't get into the accommodation we arrived at. However, the driver kept calling the accommodation host on his phone and tried to help sort out the situation without going back right away. But in the end, I couldn't contact the host and the accommodation was in ruins, so I fell into a membung. I should have urgently found a new accommodation on the spot and moved, but he waited and helped me to the new accommodation. In gratitude, I gave you more pay and tips. It was a trip with three generations, including two elderly people and a granddaughter, and it was very difficult because a bad situation occurred, but with the help of the driver, I was able to overcome it a little and enjoy the trip again. thank you!!!

I used this product to go from Ho Chi Minh Tan Son Nhat Airport to Ho Tram. An employee from the rental car company contacted me the day before, and the driver arrived on the same day and explained in detail how to meet me. For your information, I can speak Vietnamese. They were really punctual and kind. However, I applied for a 7-seater vehicle, but as expected, it was too narrow for a family of 5! I was hoping for a 7-seater like the Sedona, but I guess it was too much for that price haha.

Really easy to book. Communicated with the vendor the day before travel by email and had the driver and time confirmed. Limited English from the driver but not needed as it was a straightforward trip from Vung Tau to Saigon.
