I’m really glad I booked this tour. I was picked up from my hotel, water and a free bumbag was also provided and the service was phenomenal. Archie was an amazing tour guide. he took great care of us and explained every site we visited very well. we also spoke casually and he as a great individual to speak to. I’d highly recommend this tour as you get a lot done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Jam-Packed Day in Zhangjiajie!
We had an amazing day with our tour guide Wendy! We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm.
The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout.
We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Seven. She was professional, and exceptionally well-organized throughout the entire tour.
Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. She was attentive to everyone's needs, ensured that the group stayed together while maintaining a smooth schedule.
Seven spoke English throughout the tour, making communication easy and enjoyable for international visitors. What stood out most was her careful planning and ability to minimize waiting times by arranging bookings in advance for each attraction.
The Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain package tour was excellent value for money. Thanks to Seven's efficient coordination, we were able to fully appreciate these spectacular attractions without unnecessary delays.
We highly recommend Seven to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Her professionalism, organization, and dedication made our tour memorable and enjoyable.

Had an amazing two days. this two day tour is worth doing. highly recommend, however, there are hidden costs so be mindful. our guide Doris is such a lovely warm person, very helpful, respectful and on her way to becoming a No.1 tour guide.

Zoey was our tour guide on both days. She was very responsive and communicated well throughout the tour. Not only was she notifying and reminding us of the schedule the day before, showing up on time, but also follow up after each day's tour to answer our questions and provided recommendations. She is the best English speaking tour guide we had on our China trip compared to other tour guides. The weather was not great for both days, but she made the best out of it and kept us entertained and positive. Zoey had great energy throughout the two days and was flexible but also was able to maintain time management to keep the tour on schedule. We are lucky to have her as our lead. We would highly recommend that you ask to be on her tour.

Our tour guide was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She also helped us skip long ticket queues, shared useful hiking tips, and kept us updated on the weather.
Transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the local meals were authentic and delicious. The mist-covered sandstone peaks were simply breathtaking.
