Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Classic 1-Day Tour

Serena was a great tour guide. she was very sweet and explained things clearly to my daughter and I. Her English was very good and easy to understand. She helped us navigate easily through the zip line and glass bridge. We even did a giant slide after the zip line which we had no idea about and it was one of the highlights. She took many photos for us and knew all the best places to stand to get the best shots. This was a day of many beautiful sites but also lots of adventure and fun, definitely worth booking and ask for Serena.

The highlight of our Zhangjiajie tour was the breathtaking Avatar Forest. The towering quartzite peaks are even more magical in person. That said, our guide 彭杉 was attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed her company, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. With only four people in our group, we could travel at our own pace, spending extra time at the best viewpoints and avoiding crowds. The logistics were seamless, from transport to meals. Seeing the sun light up those stone pillars one by one was a moment not to forget. I’m glad we took up this package. It felt relaxed and genuine, not rushed at all.

We had a truly wonderful experience visiting Avatar Mountain, made even more memorable by our amazing tour guide, Yuki. She was fantastic throughout the entire tour—knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. The views at Avatar Mountain were absolutely breathtaking. The towering ridges, combined with the dramatic movement of the clouds, created a surreal and unforgettable landscape. It really felt like stepping into another world. Overall, it was an incredible experience that we would highly recommend. Thank you, Yuki, for making our trip so special!

Beautiful view and scenery! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking a lot, and there are many stairs! Bailong elevator was impressive; glass bridge was solid and safe; zip line was fun!

Participating in a 2-8 person tour this time meant a small group, so the daily itinerary wasn't too tight and we were able to visit all the corresponding attractions. We also didn't have to spend too much time waiting to gather and depart for the next stop. For someone like me who didn't do enough research, the price was a little expensive, but still worth the money. Thank you to our guide, Mr. Liu Jianxue, for his patient explanations.

It was such an amazing tour! Our guide Archie was amazing and took us to spots that had nobody and some of the best views of the park with almost no tourists! Truly an amazing experience and hope you get Archie to take you on this tour as well, because seriously the pictures and the hidden spots are amazing!!!! From Canada!!

You mast to go there!!! Most beautiful place! Its a breathtaking view that you will keep in your memory forever. Very easy to travel to this park, a lot of great option to stay in hotels. Very tourist friendly, water, small sneak stations, benches, and bathrooms are everywhere. Get an Allipay for your cellphone and don't worry about cash.

The ticket price is a bit expensive, and some attractions require additional payment, making the total cost quite high. However, the tour guides were very competent, and the arrangements were good in all aspects. My only misunderstanding was that I thought there would be VIP entry privileges, allowing me to skip lines and directly enter and use the eco-friendly shuttle bus. In reality, the only "VIP" benefit was a fruit platter after the tour. That's all.

Our guide, Rona, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She was always happy to answer our questions and share useful information about the places we visited. What we appreciated most was how well she took care of my son, always checking in to make sure he was comfortable and doing well. Her kindness and attentiveness made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. Rona also went the extra mile to help us take many beautiful photos, giving us wonderful memories to bring home. Fantatstic tour, great veiws and pics, good guide, good service , good weather, good everyting. But I must warn everyone, its a long day and alot of walking so bring a really good pair of shoes , some anti-inflamatories, prepare to walk and pre book a massage upon your return 😂
