It was exceptional. Our guide, James, picked us up at the hotel. We were a small group of 8, and we don't regret getting VIP tickets. James was wonderful with us; he took us to all the essential spots, and the views were magnificent. Without him, we would have been lost. I truly recommend this excursion, and our guide also deserves 5 stars.

Had an amazing two days. this two day tour is worth doing. highly recommend, however, there are hidden costs so be mindful. our guide Doris is such a lovely warm person, very helpful, respectful and on her way to becoming a No.1 tour guide.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Jam-Packed Day in Zhangjiajie! We had an amazing day with our tour guide Wendy! We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm. The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout. We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟

Absolutely worth it. This package made visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park incredibly easy, and having all the major transportation included meant I could spend my time enjoying the scenery instead of worrying about buying separate tickets. The cable cars offered spectacular views, and the Bailong Elevator was an experience on its own. The park is massive, so having access to all of these transportation options helped me see much more in a single visit. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie for the first time, I highly recommend this package. It offers excellent value and makes exploring one of the most beautiful national parks in the world much more convenient. A highlight of my entire trip to China.

I booked the 2-day Classic Zhangjiajie tour through Klook, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I booked, I received prompt communication and clear pre-trip information. As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about planning my itinerary, transportation, or attraction tickets—everything was perfectly organized. Our tour guide was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She planned the itinerary efficiently, covering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the breathtaking Yuanjiajie Avatar Peaks, and Tianmen Mountain. She also helped us skip long ticket queues, shared useful hiking tips, and kept us updated on the weather. Transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the local meals were authentic and delicious. The mist-covered sandstone peaks were simply breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the trip smooth and unforgettable. I highly recommend this Klook tour and hope to return one day with my family!

Serena was a great tour guide. she was very sweet and explained things clearly to my daughter and I. Her English was very good and easy to understand. She helped us navigate easily through the zip line and glass bridge. We even did a giant slide after the zip line which we had no idea about and it was one of the highlights. She took many photos for us and knew all the best places to stand to get the best shots. This was a day of many beautiful sites but also lots of adventure and fun, definitely worth booking and ask for Serena.

Although the itinerary was packed and full, our experienced tour leader meticulously planned all the routes, saving us a lot of time. The meals were good, but the biggest surprise was how unexpectedly comfortable the hotel was. The room was huge, or perhaps I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the bathroom even had a bathtub! 😂

The Tour was amazing. We were picked up on time. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. We went in the afternoon, so we could see the beautiful day and night view of Furong. For us it was a perfect day.
