Great 4.0
You can borrow and use it at the front desk of the hotel. The staff at the shop were very kind and I enjoyed taking pictures during my stay. I didn't bring shoes because I thought they had high heels to lend, but when I got there, they didn't have any. I was disappointed that I had to take pictures in sneakers.

The Kaohsiung Love River cruise was a really great value travel itinerary. I was very satisfied because I could slowly move along the river at an affordable price and enjoy the urban scenery, the seaside, and the city's splendid night view of Kaohsiung at a glance. In particular, the atmosphere when the lights started to turn on one by one after sunset was so impressive that it was difficult to capture it all in photos. Most of all, it was even more meaningful because my parents were so satisfied that they said, "This was the best trip of all." I would highly recommend it as a travel itinerary for elderly people, as they can sit comfortably and enjoy the night view.

The yacht tour is very comprehensive and detailed. The yacht ride is smooth, the cabin is air-conditioned, the sofas are comfortable, and the views are clear. The brief tour of Hongmaogang gave us insight into the formation of the Hongmaogang settlement and the history before and after the relocation. I recommend the great-value set menu for two at the revolving restaurant. The revolving restaurant has unique views and interior layouts. Every dish is delicious. I also recommend ordering the special cheese as a side dish, and suggest serving it with the meal so it has time to thaw. Remember to make a reservation in advance.

Terry was my instructor in a small group class. He was very good at explaining the different steps and made a difficult sport seem fun as a first time learner. Everything, from dry practice, to pacing, to getting the final photos was fantastic. The instructing team was even super nice and went to get us coupons for hamburgers after the lesson 🌟

I had an incredible experience on the Alishan Day Tour booked via Klook in January 2026. The entire process was smooth from booking to the tour day. The pickup was punctual, and the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of Alishan. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunrise view from the summit — a highlight of the trip! The train ride through the lush forests and the iconic Giant Tree were unforgettable moments. The weather in January was chilly but clear, perfect for sightseeing and photography. The tour included comfortable transportation, well-organized stops, and enough free time to explore each site. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the natural wonders of Alishan with convenience and expert guidance.

Shoushan Zoo's park design is fantastic, making it a great place for families to have fun even on hot summer days. The elevated skywalk connecting to indoor air-conditioned viewing rooms is especially convenient, allowing families to comfortably watch capybaras, alpacas, Formosan black bears, and other adorable animals in an air-conditioned environment. It's also a great place to take a break when you're tired of walking around. We recommend arriving early in the morning when the zoo opens because that's when the animals are most active, eating breakfast, looking for food, drinking water, and full of energy. They aren't hiding from the heat yet, so you can see all the animals in their full glory. In particular, the white tiger, Zhao Hai, will walk around in the morning as if he is strutting on a runway, which is very interesting. The zoo also offers a limited amount of free hay for feeding the lambs and other animals in the feeding area. In addition, there is a fairly large children's water play area with rinsing facilities near the park entrance. For dining, there are two restaurants serving burgers, fried food, set meals, drinks, and desserts with a minimum charge. With such affordable ticket prices and a comfortable layout, including Shoushan Zoo in your Kaohsiung itinerary is definitely worth it. Backpackers can take bus number 56 from Kaohsiung Main Station or MRT Yanchengpu Station.
