Hong Kong - Guangzhou Shared Bus by Trans-Island Chinalink

Bus ticket exchange was at the hotel reception which was very helpful for us, very easy to find. The bus is also very comfortable. The bus stopped in Shen Zhen for the immigration process and we changed buses to Hong Kong. We stopped at the right place. Thank you very much

It was easy to find the bus. The bus company has a little office in the Guangzhou Hotel. You go and get your ticket and wait in the nice cool air-conditioned lobby until you are called when it is time to take the bus. Left Guangzhou at 7pm and got back to HK around 9:30pm

Very smooth. I arrived more then 15mins early and the bus left 10 minutes before departure. Was hassle free and easy to navigate. Between HK and Shenzhen you go through passport control and then hop on another bus. You just need to look for the bus attendant with a pink and rainbow shirt.

This was an excellent deal for a return ticket from Hong Kong to Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou. The bus company is well organised and trip was smooth sailing.

It's very convenient; there's no need to exchange for a physical ticket. You can just show the QR code to the staff for scanning. I departed from Kwun Tong and it took about 1 hour to reach Shenzhen Bay Port. After transferring, it took another 2 hours to get to Sunac Mall. It was a safe and smooth journey.

Really enjoyed the bus ride experience. It was a little inconvenient that I had to call in advance to reserve, since I did not have a Chinese SIM card. It would be great if they had WhatsApp, but nevertheless everything was easy and simple. Everything went according to klook instructions, no delays, we left on time, they changed the bus on the other side. Very comfortably.

The pass is easy to use and changing pickup locations is simple. My friend and I discovered that our departure plans to return to Hong Kong had changed. We needed to depart from our hotel at the original Guangzhou station, but the front desk staff were very helpful and provided assistance, allowing us to change our pickup location to Grandbuy Department Store, Dongmen. When boarding, the ticket inspector was also very friendly and explained everything in detail, making our entire journey very comfortable. I plan to use this pass again next month when I visit Guangzhou.

My second time taking thelis bus. Offers convenient & safe transport to move from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by road.

The overall experience was about my expectation. However,the down side are 1. free seating even though we have confirmed seats no. 2 have to make an IDD call to reserve your seat. 3. The driver did not stop at the correct destination; he stopped about 50 meters away. This could be problematic for the elderly.

So weird the customer service cannot tell us what's the bus plate number for our departure route. Furthermore she had been wrongly described the clothes color for the staff who incharged at the pickup location. Made me tension when I still can't find them (that pickup point actually crowded with other Bus Providers passengers) 10min before my departure... After I called up and checked for more than 5min, only finally saw the bus plate number they told over the call... Customer service told me the whole journey taking 5hours!! I have no choice to opt for 8.15am route... But within 3hours I already arrived the destination....
