Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou

I recently booked a 3-day, 2-night package at Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel through Klook, which included Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Birds Park, the Grand Circus, and a buffet dinner. Overall, it was an excellent value, and Klook's booking process was simple, saving a lot of hassle. The hotel accommodations were comfortable, and the service was attentive. Its location is conveniently close to Hanxi Changlong Station on the Guangzhou Metro. Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Paradise, and Chimelong Birds Park were all fantastic and perfect for family visits. For the first entry, we registered with our Home Return Permit, and then for the next three days, we could enter an unlimited number of times using facial recognition, which was very convenient. The Grand Circus was truly amazing, with spectacular performances. There were warm-up activities half an hour before the show, and the main performance lasted about 75 minutes—definitely not to be missed. The buffet dinner offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was also very good. We could enjoy the delicious food while also admiring white tigers and birds. In summary, this Chimelong trip was very enjoyable, and Klook's booking service was satisfying. This package offered excellent value for money.

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Chimelong Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part of staying here is the complimentary access to several parks. We visited the Water Park, International Circus, Safari Park, and Birds Park. Every park was unique and impressive. Our highlights were definitely the Water Park and seeing the koalas and pandas at the Safari Park—truly unforgettable! However, there are areas where the hotel needs improvement, particularly regarding hygiene and cleanliness. While we didn't mind that the rooms are a bit dated, finding leftover food in our first room was disappointing. To the staff's credit, they promptly upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. This was a significant issue for us. We genuinely enjoyed our trip and would love to return, provided the hotel can address these cleaning and smoke odor issues.

The hotel arranged two connecting rooms, which was very thoughtful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable! The buffet dinner food was good and diverse! The circus was exciting and entertaining, though our seats were off to the side, so we only had a partial view. The animal world had a wide variety of animals, too much to see in one day. The mini-train ride was a nice experience; it would have been even better if we could have stopped briefly at each animal exhibit! As for the amusement park, the facilities were a bit old and not very thrilling, but I saw new attractions under construction, so I hope there will be some highlights later! We didn't have time to visit the bird park or the water park. The weather was simply too hot; it would be better to come back in the fall or winter!

Chimelong Hotel is very comfortable... It has a children's play area (tickets are required, two children's tickets per room per night, adults are free). We had a 3-day, 2-night package that included the circus. This time, the circus seemed to have changed a lot! It felt more artistic. We couldn't see everything at the zoo even in three days! Late check-out was only until 12:00 PM. With kids, you're always racing against time.

Truly great, the zoo is very large with many opportunities for animal interaction. Very satisfied with the circus performance. Hotel guests have a special entrance. Shuttle bus service is very frequent. The package didn't include meals, but it's convenient to eat out or at the hotel. If I have a vacation, I will definitely come again.

All activities are within the resort. Happy World and the Grand Circus are a convenient 10-minute walk from Chimelong Hotel. For the Safari Park, you'll need to set aside time to take the shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The hotel is generally clean, though a bit dated, and the price is relatively affordable. The hotel uses an AI assistant for inquiries and requesting items, which is convenient. However, please note that Meituan cannot access the resort or hotel, so you won't be able to order late-night snacks.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a shuttle bus from the subway station. There are also free shuttle buses connecting all attractions within the park. The rooms are tidy and clean, and breakfast with the white tigers creates a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel offers complimentary reserved seats for the circus to guests, with the option to upgrade to better seats at a discounted price, which is a major advantage of staying at a park hotel. The park staff provide excellent service.

The kids were the happiest on this trip! We booked a package through Klook that included three theme parks and the Grand Circus, plus breakfast. It was such a great deal, and the Grand Circus was fantastic. Two days and one night really wasn't enough time to experience everything. We even had white tigers accompanying us during breakfast!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Location-wise, this place is great. You are right in the middle of all the action. The water park and the main amusement park with all the rides are just a short walk away. We also caught the circus show, which was incredible. The only attraction that requires a bit of travel is the zoo, which is a short drive or bus ride away rather than walkable. There are also several shopping malls within walking distance, giving you options for food. The Downside: we were not able to get delivery to the hotel.
