- Please note that the tour might be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (20 persons) is not met 20 days before the selected activity date
- If the road between the snow walls is closed due to inclement weather, the operator will make every effort to take you to an alternate spot, such as the Zao Cheese Factory. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases
- Please understand that the tour location may vary based on the blooming status of the cherry blossoms
- Please wear a mask throughout the tour to avoid the spread of infectious diseases and ensure the safety of all participants
