Luggage Delivery Service between Okinawa Hotels and Airport

Convenient – I've used it more than three times. It's great not having to lug around large suitcases on the first and last day, and you don't have to go back to the hotel to pick up your luggage. It makes trip planning easier, and you don't need to rent an especially large car. It's a shame they don't offer hotel-to-hotel service; you can't use it if you're changing hotels during your trip.

The luggage delivery service is very convenient. Just pack the night before, and during breakfast, simply take it to the front desk, inform the staff that you're using the luggage delivery service, and provide the code. After checking your luggage, you'll receive a message notifying you that the driver has received it and is taking it to the airport. Then, just show your pickup number at the airport. It's really convenient and greatly reduces the burden of shopping before your flight, as you don't have to drag your luggage around or worry about finding a locker to store it.

This was my first time using the luggage delivery service. I pre-booked online and simply informed the hotel that the special agent would be picking up the luggage. The hotel staff helped me fill out the forms. The agent sent an email to confirm receipt of the luggage and another email upon arrival at the airport. It not only freed up my hands, but also gave me peace of mind to enjoy my trip. This experience was really great.

Very convenient! You can go and ship your items as soon as you arrive at the airport. It doesn't matter if you don't speak the language, just give them the shipping number and the shipment is complete. I will use it again next time. The service is also great.

Using this service made our last day of travel so much easier because we didn't have to lug our luggage around everywhere 👍🏻. Convenient and easy to use, with clear instructions and great communication.

The service attitude was excellent, and the delivery speed was super fast. They also take photos and notify you immediately when the luggage arrives at the hotel, so you don't have to drag your luggage around inconveniently while shopping after you get off the plane. I would definitely choose this service again.

I said I'd arrive at the hotel around 7 PM, but maybe it was around 4 PM? When I got to the hotel, they were already there!! Fast, convenient, and the best 👍🏻 It was so great to be able to walk around hands-free while riding the Yui Rail!!

After booking, we don't need to say anything at checkout. The front desk already knows we have a reservation. Just show them the order number, and they'll take care of the luggage. It's easy and allows us to visit more attractions, saving time and effort. Great! I'm very satisfied 👍

This is an incredibly convenient service. After packing your luggage, simply drop it off at the hotel front desk, take a photo, and upload it to the Airporter designated webpage. Airporter will then dispatch someone to collect your luggage and deliver it to the airport check-in counter. This allows you to enjoy your last day of travel without being burdened by luggage and eliminates the need to return to the hotel to retrieve it.
