[Event Precautions]

• Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Once tickets are successfully purchased, it is considered that you agree to all the following event precautions:
• Within three days after purchasing tickets (excluding the day of purchase), free refunds or changes can be made before redeeming the voucher.
• If the event is canceled, a full refund will be given to consumers (determined according to government policy).
• To maintain product sales quality, this event does not provide try-ons to avoid subsequent disputes caused by human damage.
• No food or drinks are allowed into this event. They must be consumed or discarded outside the venue before entry. There is a food market inside the venue.
• Children under six years old (inclusive) can enter for free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Children over six years old need to purchase a ticket to enter.
• For any changes to the event or ticket-related matters, please check the FB event page at any time for first-hand information. No further notice will be given.
• Please fill in your information truthfully when registering, including name, phone number, email, and date of birth. If there is any false information that affects personal rights, it is not related to the organizer.
• GQ SHOP, Klook, and KKday are the designated ticket purchase channels for this event. Please be aware that private ticket exchanges or purchases from other websites may lead to fraud cases or transaction disputes. The organizer will not be responsible for any inability to enter the venue or other problems that may arise.
• If any form of resale for profit (regardless of whether the profit is named as代購費 (purchasing agent fee), 交通費 (transportation fee), 補貼 (subsidy), etc.) is found to be true, a report will be made to the police in accordance with Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. This event does not provide luggage storage.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring dangerous items or offensive weapons into the venue, such as knives, scissors, fireworks, baseball bats, etc. Any confiscated contraband will be dealt with and reported to the police.
• Alcoholic beverages will be available at the event. Please drink responsibly. In severe cases, the organizer has the right to request forced departure. Please cooperate with age verification when purchasing on-site. Drinking is prohibited for those under 18, no drunk driving, excessive drinking is harmful to health.
• If the event encounters irresistible natural disasters before it starts, the organizer will consider the safety of the public, and the event will be postponed or canceled. Participants shall not object.
• The organizer has the right to broadcast, exhibit, and register the videos, photos, and results of this event worldwide on this event's website and conference publications, and participants must agree to the use of their portraits and results for the promotion and broadcasting of related activities.

• Purchasing tickets for this event means you agree to the use of participants' portraits taken during the event for GQ's subsequent behind-the-scenes reports, group marketing, or social media promotion. For portrait usage rights, please refer to the following:
• GQ strictly adheres to the use of portraits for paper magazine reports, online reports, and video highlights, not for other purposes.
• Participants agree that the photographed portraits belong to GQ and can be edited or explained as needed above.
• GQ has obtained the consent of participants in advance and will not notify them again afterward.
• Event regulations are subject to announcements on-site, the official website, and the FB event page. If there are any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the event.
