The lobster bisque with rice always maintains its standard. Unexpectedly, after finishing the Peking duck, they thoughtfully chop the duck carcass into pieces and serve it, a large plate, high cost-performance ratio. Enough for three people.

All the cakes are vacuum-packed, which feels very hygienic. You can pick up the cakes at any branch. This time, I picked it up at the Sha Tin branch. Although there's always a queue, you don't have to wait too long.
