Reviews summaryHonestly, I'm not a big fan of long waits, but Universal was worth it! I finally understood why everyone raves about Universal; it was so much fun. It really felt like experiencing the technology of capitalism... The quality was great, and even the waiting areas were so beautiful and realistic, making me feel like I'd stepped into a game or a movie. Meeting the characters, even though I knew they were mascots, felt so real, and I was excited and wanted to touch them! We only bought admission tickets and failed at an open run, so we just arrived at 8:30 AM without Nintendo entry tickets! We also managed our time well and rode the top 5 attractions. First, as soon as you enter, I recommend a quick dash to Nintendo to ride Donkey Kong (it was a 230-minute wait, but we got on in 100 minutes; there were things to see along the way, so it was fine, and it's popular for a reason!). Then, we explored Nintendo World and rode the Mario Kart ride (it was a 120-minute wait, but we got in in 40 minutes; it wasn't as bad as I thought? It was nice to feel like we were actually racing, but it wasn't like, "OMG, so much fun!!!"). After that, we left Nintendo World, grabbed some snacks, and rode the Dinosaur ride in Jurassic World! Highly, highly recommended; it's genuinely scary and thrilling! It's dizzying from the start... I often think about wanting to fly, but after this ride, I decided against it. It's that dizzying, and screams just come out naturally; if you love thrills, I totally recommend it! If you have time, I also recommend watching the WaterWorld show! The acting was better than expected, the action was decent, and it felt quite grand in scale! Things exploding and flying around—anyway, if you like action movies and water, go for it! And I absolutely recommend Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey! If you've seen or like Harry Potter even a little, you absolutely have to go! Even if you don't like it, you'll probably love it once you're there... It was so beautiful, and there were so many places I wanted to take pictures and just look around that I almost wished the wait time had been longer, but we got through it faster than expected, which was a bit disappointing! The luggage storage area was a bit chaotic, but overall, everything was wonderful, and I was so happy; I felt like a Hogwarts student. Truly highly recommended! And the Jaws ride, the staff's acting was amazing; it felt like I was in the movie!
Highly recommend for everyone! We are from Florida and have been to Orlando Universal many times. Japan Univesal is different in many ways! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! If you have a chance to go, don’t think twice!
We visited Universal Studios Japan and even though it was raining, we still had a really fun time. The rain did affect a few outdoor rides, but most of the attractions were still open and the park atmosphere was amazing. The staff were helpful and queues were manageable, so we didn’t feel too rushed or stressed. Some rides were even more enjoyable in the rain because the crowds were smaller.
so much more user friendly and not as hectic as Disney sea. having said that both venues are great. universal tip of the day. get the express pass. it saves having to wait in a looooooong line.
USJ is definitely one of the must do attractions you need to visit and spend time on when visiting Osaka. It was a fun-filled day, the rides were massive and the Super Mario world was a nice addition to the whole experience. All the rides were worth the long waiting times
Queue Times: We arrived at 10:00 AM, and the queue was very fast. All staff were friendly. We had a chance to enter Super Nintendo World despite not having an area pass or timed entry, since the theme park was not too crowded when we visited. Lucky us!Shows: We enjoyed watching the shows. Unfortunately, most of them are in the Japanese language.Facilities: Their facilities and rides are well-maintained. My daughter laughed so hard when we heard the Minion farting at the restroom inside Minion Park. 🤣💨Ease of Booking on Klook: It was really a lifesaver having a Klook account. I booked our tickets a week before our preferred visit date, and the voucher was received immediately.Price: Per checking, it is cheaper compared to the official website, and the discounts were a big help. I got the discount codes from the content creators I follow. Thanks, Klook
A spectacular experience!!! The variety of entertainment was jaw-dropping! Entertainment for both children and adults. From roller coasters to virtual games, fun is guaranteed. And the selection of souvenirs to take home was extensive - themed hats, keychains, clothing, plush toys... A highly notable recommendation, not even bad weather can ruin it. 🤩😻
had the best time with the kids there and definitely enjoyed the whole day from am to pm until it closed😂 waiting time as usual longer but thats expected. i think the best time to go was during this time because the weather was great
Me & my group had a great experience on the 3 hr vip tour! Although we accidentally booked a Chinese tour (meant to do English), our tour guide, Lee, would mention itenary and facts in English for us as well! The vip experience was wonderful as we got to bypass long lines instantly. I also learned some facts about USJ and the areas! In addition, the express passes and meal vouchers allowed a great time for the rest of the day as well. In which, we didn’t need to rush to every ride to wait forever in a line. Although it may be a bit more pricy, it is honestly worth it! I highly recommend.
Very easy to use, just scan the qr code from voucher. The park is crowded but manageable. The kids loved nintendo world. Queue time was massive 120minutes at 10am. Next time will go back with express pass.
